Updating Your Order
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. You can only make changes on orders that have not shipped by emailing us at before normal business hours 9:00 - 5:00 (EST).

Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order before it is packed by emailing us at For any cancellations made 14 days or less than your delivery date will result in a $9.99 cancellation fee, for keeping items reserved and limiting customers from renting it.

Issues With Your Order
Q. What if the dress I order doesn't fit?
A. If your outfit doesn't fit, contact us immediately upon receiving your order and be sure to postmark the unworn outfits within 24 hours. Once we receive your outfits, we will issue a merchandise credit less the cost of shipping. We only issue merchandise credits for fit in the following scenarios: 1) You reserve only one outfit and it does not fit 2) You reserve more than one outfit and none of them fit. If any of the outfits in your order fit, we do consider this a successful rental. We do not issue partial credits.

Q. Will I need to steam the dress when it arrives?
A. We try out best to make sure your order arrives wrinkle-free. If you receive an outfit with slight creases, please try steaming it on low heat.

Q. If I return my outfit because it doesn't fit, can I still borrow the accessories?
A. If the accessories provided are free of charge, you would need to send them back with the outfit.

Q. My order hasn't arrived, when can I expect it to be delivered?
A. Deliveries arrive on weekdays and Saturday between 8am and 8pm. If you need more information you can contact

Q. How do I return my order?
A. With each order you will receive a pre-paid return label. After you’ve worn the outfit, place it in the box or envelope provided with the return label and drop it off to any UPS store or UPS authorized retailer on the last day of your rental before noon.

Q. My borrowing period ends on a Sunday or a National Holiday what should I do?
A. Not to worry – just drop your return box to any UPS drop box on your rental return date or the next business day before 12PM.

Q. What if I return my order late?
A. Please inform us at, as soon as this happens to avoid being charged late fees. Should an outfit not be returned within the pre-determined date, we reserve the right to charge your card accordingly. Should you return products late, you will incur a late fee of $25 dollars for every day after your pre-determined return date, on top of the initial rental fee that is already charged. Should the item be missing for more than two weeks or forever, you agree to pay late fee, the rental fee, and up to the 3X retail price in full. Should you pay these fees and continue to posses this product, it is yours to keep, though without any guarantee or warranty and on an “as is” basis. The limitations of this clause shall not apply to the rental fee, which is charged separately.

Q. What if I misplace/lose my return shipping label?
A. We offer you free return shipping by providing you with a pre-paid return labbel each time you rent with us. Should you lose this return label, please email us at and we will be happy to provide you with a new label.
